About me
Abraham Muñoz is a Program Specialist at the Tulare County Office of Education, where he collaborates, coordinates, and consults with both general education and special education district teams. He serves as a leader in the Intervention Resource Classroom Program model to provide intervention services. In his role, Abraham and his teams directly support students by offering individualized educational, ABA, and mental health interventions in school, home, and community settings.
Before joining the Tulare County Office of Education 10 years ago, Abraham spent over five years in the mental health field, working in various roles. His focus was on providing services and support to youth and adults with significant behavioral and mental health needs, helping them achieve self-sufficiency, independence, and overall wellness.
