She has served as an Educational Specialist, Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator, and Special Education Coordinator. Currently, she is part of the
Special Education Resource Lead work, focused on improving outcomes for multilingual students with exceptional
needs. Mrs. Crothers-Rahiotis is a passionate advocate for students with disabilities and supports educators in fostering inclusive, effective learning environments.
