About me
Tiffany has devoted her career to supporting students, with a passion that began over 20 years ago in the field of mental health. Her journey led her to education, where she quickly realized her true calling as an educator. From starting as an elementary teacher to advancing into administration, Tiffany’s commitment to working for students has remained steadfast.
As she progressed in her career, Tiffany found her true purpose in working with students who need additional support, particularly those receiving special education services and having mental health needs. Currently, Tiffany supports school districts from 1st to 12th grade in embedding social-emotional learning (SEL) and mental wellness interventions tailored to students receiving special education services. These interventions not only address students with mental health challenges but also promote school-wide mental wellness, reduce stigma, and foster full inclusion for all students.
Her approach is informed by her background in psychology, special education, and counseling, which has shaped her leadership in educational administration. Tiffany is a hands-on leader and problem solver, always seeking to develop and expand programs that have a direct, positive impact on children and families. With 23 years of experience in education—spanning from teaching to administration—Tiffany remains dedicated to making a meaningful difference in students’ lives, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.
